Ticket Polices.

How to Buy Tickets.

Tickets can be purchased online at lancasteropera.org and from our box office. Our box office hours are Monday-Friday from noon to 4pm and an hour before any performance. Please note that walk-ins are not always possible during normal business hours. If you need to conduct in-person business, making an appointment is the safest bet.

Location.

We are located on the top two floors of the large town hall building at 21 Central Ave. in Lancaster, at the intersection of Broadway and Central.
Our primary entrance is on Clark Street, to the left of the building. This is also the easiest path to the elevator.
Free parking is available in the large lot across from the building on Clark St.

Accessibility.

Our theater is fully accessible. All floors can be reached by elevator without needing to use stairs.

Ticket Prices.

Our senior age is 62+. Our student prices are for students of any age, though Student ID might be required in some cases. If no child price is listed, that show might not be appropriate for younger children.

Terms and Conditions.

Lancaster Opera House does not offer refunds. All shows are subject to change without notice.

Reserved Seating.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All performances besides student matinees have reserved seating (individual seat numbers).

We no longer use physical tickets at performances. Digital copies of tickets are provided via email when possible, but at performances, our patrons need only say the name on the order to the usher with the guest list.

Group Sales.

Group sales of 20 or more get $4 off the adult price. Group sales of 30 or more additionally get two complimentary tickets. Contact the box office for group sales details.
