The BroFish Band is an upbeat, feel-good party tribute band from Western New York, delivering high-energy live performances of the timeless hits of Hootie & The Blowfish and Darius Rucker, complete with positive vibes, sing-along classics, and the magic of ’90s rock-infused Southern charm that gets crowds sailing away in nostalgia, humor and fun.
Led by Todd Mertens on guitar and lead vocals—a seasoned Buffalo musician with highlights like playing with Pete Best, opening for The Little River Band, and founding the award-winning tribute Beatlemagic.
The band features Mike Schill on bass guitar and vocals, a top-award-winning Western NY bassist known for sharing stages with acts like Molly Hatchet and Grass Roots, plus his black belt discipline offstage.
Zach Siegel handles guitar and vocals, bringing fresh energy from his Tom Petty tributes and collaborations including NBC’s The Voice alum Cami Clune, while
Tom Ryan powers percussion and vocals as a Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inductee (with Weekend) who’s toured nationally and shared bills with legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan and STYX.
Rounding out the lineup is Chet Gary on multi-instruments (violin, mandolin, guitar) and vocals, an accomplished classical-to-party crossover player with symphony experience, original songwriting credits, and a passion for community fundraisers. Together, these musician brothers create infectious, fan-loving shows perfect for any venue looking to rock the night with feel-good anthems!
